If you're old enough you might remember this one, the Monkeemobile, created by, I believe it was Dean Jeffries on a '66 or '67 Pontiac GTO. I have never known how to categorize this car, except as pure Hollywood.

An "R" Code, Super Drag Pack '68 Mercury Cyclone. They don't come much more factory fast than a wild horse like this.

A Richard Childress Racing '69 Camaro, commemerative Dale Earnhardt edition. Sorry, I don't have a lot of details, but it is sharp, no?

A Hemi-powered '69 Dodge Charger 500. With all the controversy that surrounded the Superbird in that time period, I guess Chrysler figured they had to have a plan "B," in case the big 'Bird was disallowed. (Which it eventually was.)

Ford's T-Bird Italien prototype, with a fastback roof.

Chrysler 300D, almost too pretty to pass up, at least in my book.

A '69 Camaro Z/28-RS; about as rare as rare birds come, and damn pretty at that.

An "R"-code Cobra Jet Mustang from '68. Bad-a*s, thy name is red Mustang
The above is video from this year's Barrett-Jackson Auction highlights.
Above that are more highlights, as noted. As for me, 95% after the first week of class #4; that's always good. And I suppose I'll never be completely used to the idea of my daughters getting older, but you'd think there wouldn't be periods where it was such a pain, and where I didn't feel so damned out of control, and out of the loop at times, but there it is. Stay tuned anyway.
