Leave it to Axl Rose, (lead singer of the band Guns 'N' Roses, to the uninitiated,) to incite a world-wide firestorm of discord. People who do actually know the band are just going, "oh, God, what has he done now?!" It seems the title of the band's latest album is raising some eyebrows in foreign markets. The title of the album? "Chinese Democracy." Yeah. And apparently it's raising the hairs of the (apparently fairly large,) legion of G'N'R fans in China; I know I wouldn't have guessed G'N'R even had all that many fans in China. Shows what I know. I guess there is more to Chinese pop music than bands like "O," and the Korean hip-hop group "Uptown." Overall, I guess it's to be expected, but for cryin' out loud, Axl, can ya get away for one moment of your life without being so da*ned incendiary?! (And if you're uncertain as to the definition of that word, look it up, Mr. Rose.) A new age is upon us in the world, and the less we incite, big hair or not, the better off we'll all be.
