The above should offer some kind of proof that strangeness sometimes, nay, frequently, knows no bounds. The very top picture is the Renault Espace F1, a minivan body on the chassis of a Renault Formula One car. Just the thing for the soccer mom from hell. The second is similar in concept, but one of the Ford Transit Super Vans, with a Cosworth racing engine where a London plumber would normally put his tools. Finally, the Ssangyong Korando, many of which I saw on my trek to South Korea, and which you can tell by the chrome grille and Rhino hood ornament juxtaposed against the Jeep-Wrangler-knock-off styling, works about as well all together as that hot new cable show, "Pimp My Mutual Fund." There are things of all varieties one should never claim; as a parent, particularly a father of daughters, never claim that "Sunrise, Sunset" from the soundtrack of "Fiddler on the Roof" means nothing to you. It's a lie from anyone, and if it's not, have the person who said it checked thoroughly by a mental health professional. And when it comes to strangeness, keep it tuned here, you know me, I always have my ear to the ground for that.
