THE FOLLOWING IS EXCERPTED FROM THE PRINCETON REVIEW WEBSITE

On a completely different subject, I've seen a lot of the new drug commercials on TV, which of course, sound great in their advances, until they get around to listing the side effects. Then it gets creepy. I saw an ad for a drug for post-menopausal women, I forget exactly what it was about, but the whole commercial was nicely packaged, until they got around to saying, "in rare cases, sudden death has occured while taking this medication." Sh*t, that'd be a deal-breaker to me! And then there's the prostate medicine for men, which proclaims "women should not take or handle (this medication,) because of the risk of certain birth defects." Yow.

The psych medicines at least warn you that if you're under a certain age, you shouldn't take antidepressants, especially. I pondered the thought of Denis Leary being the spokesperson for an anti-depressant medication; can'tcha just see that one?

"Hi, I'm Denis Leary, here to talk to you today about depression. Sure, you can pull yourself out of it, you can take more pills than you should, or you can just deal with it, and forget it like I do. Yeah, okay, I smoke a lot and drink more Jack Daniels than some of you f*&^kers would consider prudent, but it works for me, okay? If you really are prone to wanting to see a doctor, and up to take more pills, try Phelinup. I'm sure it's great stuff.

I gotta tell you though, because they said I have to, you shouldn't take Phelinup if you're under 18, although if you're under 18, you should should try just getting out, and getting laid, like you're supposed to as a teenager. Forget all that teen-angst crap; it's bulls**t compared to what you're gonna face in the real world, so let your parents get a buzz now and then. If you take Phelinup, and your mood doesn't change, or you have unusual thoughts of suicide, GOOD! MAYBE THE WORLD REALLY IS BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU, YA WHINY-A**ED LITTLE BI*CH! I'LL EVEN LETCHA BORROW MY FU**IN' GUN, although you gotta pull the trigger, I ain't gettin' that deep into it.

So try Phelinup as pills go, how bad could it be?!"
